What this service is
This site is not the Massachusetts Trial Court and it is not masscourts.org. It searches what is already public on that portal. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current, and you use them at your own risk. The Disclaimer explains this in full.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — Prohibited Uses
SearchAllCourts is intended solely as a general-purpose search utility for publicly accessible Massachusetts court records. The service is not offered for use in preparing consumer reports or for making eligibility decisions regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
Users must not use this service or information obtained through it to determine or evaluate an individual's eligibility for employment, promotion, reassignment, or retention; housing or tenancy; credit or financing; insurance; or other purposes regulated by the FCRA.
SearchAllCourts does not independently verify an individual's identity, investigate personal backgrounds, determine the accuracy of court records, or assess anyone's suitability for any purpose.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable federal and state laws. SearchAllCourts reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes the service is being used for a prohibited purpose.
Massachusetts criminal-record law
This site is not iCORI and it is not a criminal offender record information check. Do not use it in place of that process. Do not use results from this site to decide employment, housing, volunteer service, licensing, or any other decision Massachusetts law reserves to an official criminal-record check.
Payments
All payments are final and non-refundable. Mass Courts Search is a public-record search aid, not the official court record.

This site is for adults. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
